Participants video size

Hello,
I just did a video conference with Blizz with just two participants using Windows PC resp. Laptop. It worked well, but the video for both participants had the same size and was pretty small. Is there a way to change this? Is it possible to have my "camera control view" very small and the video of the other participant very big, preferably full screen? And for the other participant similar, but the other way round, thus that he sees me big.
This is standard for example in Skype. Seeing the other one only on about a 10th of the screen (considering the window boarders and similar) is not realy funny.
I would appraciate if some on could point me to the correct setting for this.
