i'm having a 5 user Pilot license. On the Teamviewer portal, I can add five users to this license. But then i cannot delete any user from this license... Anyone out there having the same issue?
Dear,I got the same problem overhere, 3 licences, all assigned. but now I can not change this anymore.
You need to contact support to have them remove one or more users... Not a very user friendly solution...
The problem still exists.
According to support, there is a work around. Deactivate the user with the license and activate it again directly.
This removes all licenses assigned to him
