I have been using Teamviewer since its early stages. I only use for personal use as is defined by the lengthy statements above. I have recently been flagged as a commercial user, so I filled out the form that is linked and sent. No response for a week. Sent another. Nothing. Sent another…. nothing.
I would appreciate some form of feedback "We got your request" "Request denied" "Request Approved".
I would also like to know what characteristics make you think I am a commercial activity? Helping my 85 year old mother in law with Outlook? Connecting to my wife's computer to do windows updates? Showing a freind how to debloat a new Windows 11 Install?
If anyone from Teamviewer monitors this, please let me know if I can ever expect to be able to use TV again without disconnections — I get that it is free… and I appreciate that. I would have gladly paid for a personal license if the subscription wasnt so rediculously high.
