Tpday I've installed Team Viewer App for Dynamics 365.
After successfully installaed, from a case entity when i click on New Service Case a new window pop-ups asking me to log in to Team Viewer Disktop app, then another one opo-ups to allow Dynamics 365 access, and then i throw an error message in Dynamics 365.
Errro when starting Team Viewer in Dynamics 365
An unexpected error occurred from ISV code. (ErrorType = ClientError) Unexpected exception from plug-in (Execute): TVWorkFlow.TVWorkflow: System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
