Broken function

Hello, in our company we have a problem with Monitoring & Asset Management, we have a few things to be precise :

Are there any solutions to the following problems or the site could be improved in action Monitoring & Asset Management?

1. In the TeamViewer window, having a remote client computer (SERVER) added, it shows us that we have an "error":

By clicking on a specific remote computer on the right side, we have a function that we can perform on a given computer. In the device status, we can go to "Show device details" in "Monitoring & Asset Management" :

This function redirects us to the Monitoring & Asset Management page but does not show us the device-specific information, only to remote computers instead of Monitoring & Asset Management.

2. The next problem is that we have filtered the "date range" in place so that the management shows us errors from when to when, but even after manually changing the dates, management still shows us all errors, even those from 2 months ago:

3. Another problem is that if we accept a given error, how can we withdraw acceptance, because, for example, I made a mistake and accepted what was not needed. There is no such option on the website:

4. The next problem is accepting the error. In some cases it doesn't add to confirmed, but still hangs as a bug:

5. Another problem is that when doing the "Check All" function, this function does not refresh the error, but still shows the error that once occurred, and does not show who checked and when and whether it was checked again:
