when i make a teamViewer meeting an alert comes up "poor network connection" what should i do?

if I make a meeting with "TeamViewer meeting" then the network connection is "excellent" and for some reason when I make a meeting through "TeamViewer" then it has poor network connection

is it the app? maybe the settings?.....

    Please kindly update TeamViewer to the latest version for both local and remote devices.

    For TeamViewer to work properly, it requires access to all TeamViewer servers.

    Please kindly check the Internet environment from the knowledge article - Which ports are used by TeamViewer?
