When i login into my account, the app locks up I tried restarting pc, reinstalling the app and some other stuff but nothing worked.
Does anyone now a solution to this?
This is on PC
Thanks for the support, but the problem fixed itself.
The problem was that i would type in the code from the auth-app and then it would get stuck.
Today when i tried to login in suddently worked.
Hi @Koolli , Thanks for the updates!
I'm happy to hear you could login again! 😄
Sometimes it's necessary to "sync times" on the authenticator app. I believe restarting the phone can also do the trick.
Don't hesitate to post again if you need further help.
Have a great day! Best, Carol
Hi @Koolli , Welcome to our Community and thanks for your first post!
Could you confirm to us that TeamViewer is on the newest version and with the newest UI? When TeamViewer locks up, do you receive any error message? If yes, could you send us a screenshot?
I'm looking forward to your reply. Best, Carol
I reinstalled teamviever with a freshly downloaded setup file.
It should be the newest version.
When it locks up the mouse is unresponsive, but the keyboard is still usable by pressing the tab key and navigating that way.
It hasnt helped me much, because it still wont let me log in.
There is no error message.
Hi @Koolli , Thanks for your reply!
I'm not too sure if I fully understood the log in problem. Are you referring to the account sign in? If yes, are you receiving the Trust device email?
When you remote connect to a device, TeamViewer will reproduce the existing screen, mouse and keyboard of the partner device. If the partner side is moving the mouse our typing, you won't be able to use them until the partner stops (TeamViewer doesn't create a virtualization of the device, you're "dividing" the same existing mouse and keyboard.)
📌If you have a Premium or higher license, the remote session toolbar has the feature to Disable remote input, so the partner can't use the mouse or type during the remote session.
I'm looking forward to your reply to better assist you! 😄 Best, Carol
I did get the email
