Probleme mit dem Login

Dear community,
my login no longer works:

After clicking on "Registration" this window appears:
So you are usernamee and password correct. It is also correct that the computer is a newer one.

But I don't get an email for the verification, I checked all possible inboxes including spam folders! The version is up to date!
How do I get on there?
