TeamViewer API - how to get the comments on a connection?
When i close a connection using TeamViewer app I get the possibility to enter comments on the connection.
I would like to list these comments for each device on a website.
I already have the list of devices on my app, but where can I find the comments?
Thanks in advance

Hi @GillesVdC
There are two types of comments: those reserved for the assistant and those reserved for who recive assistance.
Both must be properly enabled for insertion, so that they can be recovered (via TeamViewer Web Management Console or via TeamViewer API)If I'm not mistaken, you're talking about those who came to the end of the connection by the one who provided the assistance. These comments are registered for the single connection and are certainly available from the Management Console. Via API GET /api/v1/reports/ connections (list connection reports)
You can retrieve comments (internal notes) from the notes field. Manual (page 38 - Reporting). Also comment from customer are provided: field feedback (complex field). Quite same location in manual.
I suggest that you periodically retrieve the list of connections made and re-run all of the aggregations you need.
Hope this help.
