"Your Account is not an active Tenant" Error getting in TeamViewer REACH API

Hi Team,

I am getting "Your Account is not an active Tenant" error while calling the following TeamViewer REACH API with the request parameters.

API: /oem/devices/createdevicekey

Body parameters: remotecontrol_id, request_id, key_permissions, tenant_id

Response: {"error":"invalid_request","error_description":"Your Account is not an active Tenant","error_code":1}

Can you please let me know when this error can be reproduced because I am passing valid parameters?
