One of my users ran a Blizz session today and complained of poor quality audio, and laggy screen share. Some of the participants had to reconnect multiple times.
He sent me a screenshot, and i was just wondering what the signal bars represent? Is it the overall quality of the meeting? Or network strength/bandwidth of the users machine? And what is the best way to troubleshoot it?
All participants were on wired connections, so it wasn't wifi dropping out or poor service.
