Camera doesn't turn on when connecting to TeamViewer Pilot on RealWear headset

I've tried the "Augmented Reality" tab in the TeamViewer Windows app and the "Remote Control" tab to connect to Pilot running on a Realwear HMT-1Z1. The connection is established, but the camera on the Realwear headset doesn't turn on, so in the Windows app and in the Pilot app on the Realwear I just see a black screen. Is there something else I need to do to turn on the camera?

Thanks for your feedback.
When having established a connection, the camera stram should be transfered and shown on desktop side instantly.
Could you send the log file of the Pilot app with the same problem description to pilot@teamviewer.com, so we can erify this?
