Mute does not work for participants using Browser

If someone joins a meeting, even if the Organizer or Presenter can mute Browser participants in the APP, but it does not mute them, they are still able to talk and must mute themselves.

    We have tried this again, and are unable to mute participants who attend meetings via browser. This is a rather annoying bug.
