Test mode for participants (similar to sandbox mode)?

Hi,
Our assistants in charge of organizing Blizz meetings encounter a frequent and very annoying problem: technical explanations to remote participants.

Remote participants regularly encounter problems with sound settings, microphone, software installation,...

Meetings are very often delayed or even cancelled at this time.

Several participants were unable to attend meetings due to the problems mentioned above.

I advised our assistants to arrange pre-test meetings before the meetings.

But this is not sustainable in the long term.

We would like remote participants to be able to test the software and their settings on their own, without us having to intervene.

Would it be possible for you to develop a test mode?

Thank you very much,

MC

    Dear @MichaelCRESCI

Thank you for your feedback and your comments.

Unfortunately, we do not have a testing environment for Blizz. Nevertheless. most of the problems that you mention should be solved by using the web client (for participants) which will be availalbe worldwide within the next couple of weeks.

Regarding the remote changes of the own Blizz settings, as you may understand due to privacy restrictions, these settings can only be changed by the participants themselves. With this or any other software to remotely assist your colleagues with the installation you will need to use an additional tool, like TeamViewer.

We hope this information has been helpful and wish you a lovely Monday.
