we are considering buying the 300 packet, with 20 different admin and personel within the meeting to a total of 300 people all at the same time or at different times. For example we would like to have one account that we will buy from you, that will then be shared to 20 different admins within the company they will then have theyre own meeting within your system to a large group of people.
thank you in advance for you help please reply ASAP as this is very very important and urgent.

You can only start one meeting at a time per license (=organizer).
If you share one account/license you need to organize its usage on your side.
Recommendation is to buy 20 licenses in your case.
