Payment acceptet but no license

We payed over 1000 USD for teamviewer a week ago.

We recieved the email that the payment was accepted, but we never recieved a licens.

We still dont have a licvens to active our account with...

Sometimes it takes a while until the activation link is received. Could you check if you have received it in the meantime?
