How to tell what files moved
A home computer was victim in tech support scam ....phone call,teamviewer used to "prove" error problem disconnected physically before without giving info they wanted to charge to fix...same as listed under windows support scam.... I know They started camera and mic from TV log but how do I determine file transfers to or from computer? AVsoftware shows clean but what about actual transfers?

Firstly, I am sorry this has happened. It is definitely not what we want to hear.
In regards to the logfiles, these can be very hard to read. Even the webcam and microphone you read it likely just the software starting up those services, it does not mean they were enabled.
In this case, we would recommend you send the logs to fraud@teamviewer.com
We have a team set up for this who may be able to assist in this case.
