Remote PC screen turn black when installing request admin rights

Dear Administrator and everybody,
When I want install program remote PC and computer request Admin right, Teamviewer screen turn black and cannot nothing when on that PC close request admin right.
I need remotely install a program but I cannot typing password for the admin right.
The ask is why can’t do this?
I tried a method which I found here but nothing:

Could you give advice how can I solve this problem?

You have looked at the right article. ?

You need to connect via UAC to be able to install programs on the remote side.

1. Open TeamViewer as an adminstrator (on your local computer)
2. Connect via UAC to the remote PC
