Cannot update or download TeamViewer from work network

Recently we started experiencing an issue in our work network with the following errors. TeamViewer cannot update and we cannot download the newer versions directly from the website. Have you blocked our IPs?

Error from TeamViewer while trying to update:

An error occured while updating TeamViewer. Please check log file for more information

Error from browser while trying to download newer version:

This site can’t be reached refused to connect.
