Shared items and backup

We have few personal who assist different client via TeamViewer. They add client PC's into shared folder. PC's are assigned to person who added it. All backup of any item have to be done and supported by any of this men. 

As I understand it is possible using policy for all of this persons.

I found an article how to set policy to Item, but I can't find how to create policy. Is it possible only via the API?

Policy management is done through the online TeamViewer Management Console. You can login here https://login.teamviewer.com/ Then click Backup, then click the gear icon to go to Backup Policies. Once you've created a policy, and after you've enabled backup on a system, you can assign the new policy to that system in the main backup area and click on the blue policy link.
