I cant login to my serviceDesk account since last week. I had a payment overdue due to some errors but I paid Team Viewer annual fee and Team Viewer itself is working but whenever I try to login to ServiceCamp it sais that I have a payment to make. I tried different browsers, clearing cache but it wont work.
I tried to contact support and so far I've created 3 tickets with only one pretty strange reply where they thank me for attaching payment documentation but nothing else.
Calling their support number is more of a fantasy that reality because all operators are always busy and your call gets dropped.
I mean anyone alive at support? anyone?
