ZenDesk Integration Errors

We have recently installed the TeamViewer app on ZenDesk Support and have been trying to test however whenever we send the link the person connects, they agree to have a video call, allow remote control etc and then the app fails on their end.  The only thing we can successfully do is chat.
 
I have made sure that I am logged into our corporate account and that the app is updated.  I have also made sure that the person I am testing with has the updated app.
 
Can you tell me what else I need to do to get this up and running for our clients?
