I have the same problem as outlined in the article here:
When opening TeamViewer, I had a pad of paper resting on my right-hand "enter" key without knowing it. This caused TV to go into a mental connect/abort.cycle. Now, TV refuses to work at all, claiming I have tried too many times.
Can you PLEASE change this "security protection" to something more realistic? I cycled probably 10 times... that's nothing compared to an actual DoS attack. Not to mention the **bleep** UI fault allowing this to happen.
When your UI and "security features" inhibit the use of your product, you have failed at designing your product. Please try again.
