Hi, 

How do I customised Team Viewer's Black in a Windows environment?

    As stated in the article you mentioned:

    Note: The customized Black Screen feature is currently only available for macOS.
    The supported image formats are: BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG

    We are currently working to make it available also for Windows.
