Cannot connect to partner , but throws error "Version out-of-date: Update the remote Team viewer" -

Please assist.
My license is for TV 9.0.258860. Business.
When I connect to my client who is running 9.0.258860 we get an error saying version is out of date.
When I connect to ANY other version above this on that client, it was partner uses newer tV and wont proceed.
Client is running FREE
