Every time I request to raise a support ticket, it just brings me back to the community page. I have a private account question to ask and can't manage to speak to anyone online, how do I actually raise a ticket please?
I'll add I know the process. But I'm taking over an account from someone who has left and so don't have the licence ID to link to my account in order to raise a ticket. I just need to be able to email someone, I'm not after a phone number.
