I purchased a license for my computer at work so I can work at home, but I can't log in from home because I am still listed as free version.  Should I have bought the license for my computer at home instead?   Really, really need help with this.  We are ordered to stay home but I can't work from from home right now because I can't log in.

Did you already activate your license on your account?  How to activate your license 

After you activated the license on your account and log in to your account, you can connect again.
