How to assign team members to custom module?

Hello, 

I have created a custom module and deployed msi to computers. 

I have added two more users (my team members to give support)

But new service requests are coming only to me, also when i enter custom module i can't see other team members in default assignee tab if it's a clue, i see only myself, 

how can i fix this?

There are two things you need to check.

1 First thing is that you have shared the group the module is assigned to with the other users that need to receive the service cases.

2 Second thing is that you put Unassigned as default assignee in your module's settings.
