If we create a new ticket in servicecamp and leave the tick for it to be sent to the customer, then the customer will get the email, but the employee/agent signature will not be included. I have included the signature field code in the notifications settings but the signature is still not sent. The signature is only included if a reply is sent to an existing ticket.
As it is not uncommon to create a ticket for a customer and to have it sent to them, it is important that the signature is sent along with the first contact. Could you please look into the matter?
