today while I was working with teamviewer 12 beta, I tried to connect to one client who has permanent password, but the client have teamviewer 11 installed and asked for password, my client did not change the password in his side..

If you set up a permanent password for your remote computer, that password should never change unless someone on the remote side changes or removes it.
Could you maybe set up a new password and run a quick test?
