The website says QuickSupport and QuickJoin are available without installing any software on my PC. I click the link and it wants me to download and install something on my PC. Is this a joke? Why should I trust such an obviously dishonest company?

Thank you for your post. I truly hope, that i can clear up the misunderstanding. It is correct that you can use Quick-Support and Quick-Join moduls without any installation routine.
After the download and start a modul, ou will get a message of your user account control,because this process requires write permissions in the user directory.
In contrast to an installation you needn't administrator rights and no entries int the registry have to be made.
