Team Viewer Quick Support for macOS: how to grant access to the finder/internal disk?
I'm new to Teamviewer and I hope I did not overlook a simple option.
The help seeker started TV Quicksupport on his macOS (High Sierra).
Without any extra Confirmation by the help seeker I as the helper get immediately access to the screen and I could remote control the interface.
I started the finder. But as soon as I click onto a folder the finder looses its focus.
So I couldn't get access to the folder.
I could reproduce the problem.
What should I or the help seeker do please?
My own OS: macOS Big Sur, latest Version of TV.
