Hi, experts!

I am using Teamviewer 15.12 on a HP laptop running Win 10 Home.

I use TV to connect to my home computer on an emergency basis, so when I try to establish a connection, I really need to connect.

I have found that, on the remote computer, either:

A.) TV does not start, or
B.) TV closes itself down.

Either way, I am unable to connect until I physically visit the remote computer and fix whatever the problem is. So, I ask the Community: Is there a way of starting Teamviewer 15 with Windows?
