Wired vs. WiFi problem logging in

I just ran into a problem yesterday...

I have a paid version of Teamviewer that I use to log into my work account.  I've been using Wifi from home because the house wasn't wired for internet.   The house has become wired b/c the wired speed is significantly faster than the wifi speed and I think it would help w/the interactivity of controlling a remote computer (I'm doing 3d work remotely).  The problem is that when I plugged in the ethernet cable and tried to connect to my work computer, it reverted the license back to the free version, which I can't seem to connect with anymore.

So the long and short of it is, I'm using the same computer but with a different connection, how can I make both connections recognize the same license?
