Not Ready Please chech your connection
hi i got the issue with my TV , recently it worked fine then i dont used it for some time and now i see the "Not Ready Please chech your connection" error , i use latest version of TV 15.12.4 and macos bug sur
i think its not the router problem because i also got windows pc in the same network and it work fine, so i think it's something on my mac, i already googled the situation for couple a days and nothing helped so i'd be thankful for any help to resolv this error

Please check the following steps on both devices.
Did your general setup change?
- Is your internet connection working? Try to load a webpage or other web-based application
Did anything change on your IT setup?
- Can TeamViewer reach the internet?
- If not, please open Port 5938 for outgoing connections
Did TeamViewer work just a few minutes ago?
- Exit TeamViewer or reboot the device
- On Windows: Go to Connections -> Exit TeamViewer
- On Mac: Go to TeamViewer -> Quit TeamViewer

hello , thank u wor answering me , i got the internet connection working on my mac, i can load pages in browser and another apps work fine, i didnt noticed when exactly TV stoped working i dont use it every day, could u assist me how can i open 5938 port?
