Account Password Reset
I have been trying to help a friend log into TeamViewer and he has forgotten his password. after entering his email address in the user box and clicking on forgot the password option, he gets a message that an email has been sent to his email address. He has tried it 5 times and he does not get any emails from TeamViewer.
Anybody experiencing this issue or is there a trick to resent the account password?

JeanK, We have checked Bruce's Spam and Junk folder but no messages from TeamViewer. Is it possible to reset it at your level and then I can have him reset the password. his user name is [*Information removed as per Community Guidelines*]. Sometimes I help him remotely from Los Angeles and Bruce lives in Arizona and it is useful to have TeamViwer help us.
