Can i activate the option 'disable remote input' in TeamviewerQS?

i can't activate the checkbox on my site. The entry is grey.

Hello @AndreasRei,
QuickSupport has been designed for attended remote control. Therefore, the "disable remote input" option is not supported with this module.
If you want to use this option, please install the TeamViewer Host on the remote device.

Thats all very well but I have customers who insist on touch the mouse while I am helping them. Disabeling it would be a big help.
