I have a business account subscription and I issued a support ticket 4 days ago, but have not heard back from teamviewer at all. Normally, I would just wait, but I rely heavily on teamviewer for my work , especially with the pandemic where I cannot be in office often and so now I'm wondering what is going on. Any advice on what the normal wait time, or if someone could ensure that my ticket is going to the right department at least, would be greatly appreciated!
