Good Morning,

Lately, I notice that Teamviewer will not be active on my remote computer after I reboot, but if I power down (via removing power) and then power up, Teamviewer is active.

I have the latest updates of Teamviewer and Windows 10 Pro on the remote computer.

Thanks for any suggestions,

Harold

P.S. I have two computers I manage on my internal network. On the second computer, I do not have the problem mentioned above. Teamviewer is active after a reboot and a hard restart. This computer is also running Windows 10 Pro with the latest updates.

    Hello @SmallTownUSA,

Did you check if the TeamViewer service is on Automatic?

If yes, please try with the setting Automatic (Delayed Start)

    JeanK,

Many thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, your suggestion (s) did not work. I checked the Teamviewer service and it was set to Automatic. I changed the startup type to: "Automatic (Delayed Start)" at your suggestion. Unfortunately, when I rebooted the computer I was not able to login to the computer. I had to hard restart (remove power) and turn the power back on in order to access the computer remotely.

Any other suggestions I can try?

    Thanks again for helping me,

    Harold
