Hello,
As a professional, I needed one Teamviewer license.
I was pretty happy with it. One year later, I hired an assistant which needed also a license.
Consequently, I got in touch with a teamviewer commercial . I asked for a renewal of my first license and to buy a new one (I have emails as proof).
he sent me the invoice that I paid immediately.
All was fine except that the commercial made another invoice for a third license which I never asked for! He sent me the invoice in another email... I don’t know why... which arrived in my spam mail box!
And now Teamviewer asks me to pay for teamviewer commercial mistake without considering the proofs emails!
I don’t understand their commercial policy!
Please give me an answer.
