I get a different error message as the caller that says their device doesn't have screen sharing.

I have the same issue. As per Teamviewer KnowledgeBase, the installation of Teamviewer Host or QuickSupport should automatically trigger the installation of the required Addon. But this is not the case for me. I have the same picture than you.
I also read on the KB that the minimum required Android version is 7, while my device is 6. This is probably the explanation.
Did you solve your issue ? if so, how ?
