Is there a way to allow normal user to go to Design and Deploy and create a branded QuickSupport file? It looks like standard user is getting "access denied" when clicking Design&Deploy
The creation of a custom module should be possible for unlicensed users as well. Also accessing the Design & Deploy tab in the MCO. Only when connecting to a branded TeamViewer, sessions will be disconnected after a few minutes as connections to branded modules are a paid feature.
