How do I submit a ticket?

To create a TeamViewer Meeting support ticket, please call our customer support team using the number from the 'Give us a call' link found in the Services drop menu.

The article cited begins: "This article applies to all TeamViewer customers with a Remote Access, Business, Premium, Corporate or Tensor license."
I have a license for TeamViewer Meeting, which is not in the above list. Am I allowed to submit tickets? My license is called Crew 50.

Thank you for your question. You should be able to submit a support ticket with your licensed account.
It doesn't work. I followed the directions in the article:
To submit a ticket to us:
Your system sent me an email to validate that my computer was trusted. I completed two Captchas.
After all of that, I typed in my email address and password and was directed back to the forum.
