Quick Join not connecting to meeting

I've been have trouble recently where my client's couldn't connect to my meetings. Today I actually logged onto a client's computer with my quick support to see what the problem was. The meeting link downloaded the QJ fine and it ran, but clicking on the join button opened a browser that once again downloaded the Quick Join app. I tried running QJ as admin. I tried checking to see if previous versions of TV were installed (there were not). I tried to join the meeting using the browser version. That is very lousy as it asks the user to enable Adobe Flash. Even after enabling flash the browser version would not work either. At that point I had no choice but to use another tool for the meeting. Pretty poor experience after paying the monthly price for the Corporate License. https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/buy-now/

    All of that happened to me too. I tried starting a meeting and I tried having the other person start the meeting. Same result both times.
