Unable to connect to Galaxy Tab S7

I use Linux mint 19.2. I'm unable to access to to a Galaxy Tab S7.

I'm able with my Iphone.

I'm able to access using Win10 in VirtualBox in my Linux mint 19.2.

But not directly in Linux Mint . It tries 15 seconds and it stops.

Help please.
