not ready, please check your connection

All of a sudden my computer in China can't connect to server. Keep getting "not ready, please check your connection" error. I can get it to work if I restart teamviewer in services but once I restart the computer it wouldn't connect automatically. Have to go into services and restart it to get it going again.

I'm using full client on both computers and updated to latest version.

Please help.
