I have a paid Teamviewer 9 License but can not connect to my Clients since the beginning of the year. Anything I need to do? It says that the clients have an older version of TeamViewer and need to update.

    since beginning of the year my tv 9 (was v5 before) lifetime licence says expired.

    anyone can help ??
