A month or few months ago I started getting "The remote device doesn't support screen sharing. Contact support". I'm connecting to Samsung SM-T231 tablet. It was working just fine before for about a year. Any advice?
This device is already 7 years old. It is possible that our software evolved in a way that your device can't support it anymore.
Maybe you could check if you can update the firmware of your device?
Well, upgrading firmware will not change core Android 4.4 that this tablet is running on. I guess this is the issue. Will be looking for other app to support dated Android 4.4, to be able sometimes help my 65yo mother with her gadget. Thank you for honest reply. Appreciate it.
