Hello i pay for commercial access - but it just recently shows up that i am a 'free access'.
Now it doesn't let me access at all and i get "partner did not connect to router. Error code: WaitforConnectfailed.

I recommend you to first restart the TeamViewer service on your computer.
If this does not solve the issue, you will need to restart the TeamViewer service on the remote computer as well.
