I'm trying to log into my new desktop, which is windows 10, from my laptop. My desktop does go to sleep after so long of no activity. When I try to connect to the desktop from my laptop I get a message of unable to connect. Connection not established. Is this because the desktop is asleep?

Hello @Paige3,

Depending on the rest mode that is active on your desktop, a TeamViewer connection might not be possible.

I recommend you to extend the sleep mode time out, if you want your desktop to be accessible longer.
